Job Description
We are looking for a charismatic and dynamic Live Shopping Specialist (K-Live Show Host) to join our team and become the face of KWAVE’s K-Live platform — our short-form video and live commerce channel.

In this role, you will host engaging live shopping shows, interact directly with audiences, and create a fun, authentic, and informative shopping experience. You will play a key role in boosting product sales, building brand trust, and fostering a strong community around KWAVE’s K-Beauty offerings.

Key Responsibilities
• Host and present live shopping shows on K-Live, introducing and demonstrating products in an engaging and authentic manner.
• Interact with live audiences in real time, answering questions, highlighting product features, and building excitement.
• Collaborate with the content, product, and marketing teams to plan show themes, product lineups, and promotions.
• Partner with influencers and guest hosts to broaden audience reach and add variety to live events.
• Ensure each show is well-prepared with product samples, props, and key talking points.
• Use storytelling and persuasive communication to drive conversions while maintaining an enjoyable viewer experience.
• Collect audience feedback and insights to improve show content and engagement strategies.
• Stay updated on live shopping, e-commerce, and social media trends to keep shows fresh and relevant.
• Support post-show content recaps and highlight clips for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Qualifications
• Proven experience in live hosting, livestream shopping, or on-camera presenting.
• Strong, confident, and enthusiastic on-camera presence.
• Excellent communication and improvisation skills to connect with live audiences.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and engaging with online communities.
• Familiarity with livestream commerce and short-form video platforms (TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, etc.).
• Creative and energetic personality with the ability to adapt quickly during live broadcasts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in retail, sales, or beauty brand promotions.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (preferred, not required).
• Understanding of both U.S. and Korean beauty consumer markets.
• Prior work in influencer collaborations or live e-commerce events.
• Demonstrated ability to grow or manage a social media following.
