Wow! Very soothing for irritated or sensitive skin. I will use two or three pads as a makeshift mask for 10 minutes while I get ready in the morning. Then take the rest of the essence and rub it on my face before removing. Unsure if it actually helps with irritation, but it definitely feels very good
