It makes the skin softer to let you take out the sebum but it can leave some scars. Be careful. I think chemical pealing is better.

It was very convenient to use before an important day. The Step 1 dried fast, so I had to apply extra. I dont think it lasted the full 10 minutes, even though the instructions suggest 10-20 minutes. I recommend covering it with a little plastic wrap to prevent it from drying too quickly. Step 2 was really soothing. I stored it in the fridge for a cooling effect, which felt fantastic.

I was able to remove the dirt from my pores so much that I was surprised. I was also surprised at how dirty I was ____ However, when I tried too hard or had fun, my nose turned red! I was relieved to be able to do a 3rd nose pack when I thought about it _ The sheet is flabby, so I was able to stretch it out a little, including my cheeks, and moisturize the whole thing!

I tried putting it on my nose while soaking in the bath. The keratin plugs have softened and the dirt has come out nicely, making me feel refreshed. The included stick wasn't very useful.
