PLEDIS Entertainment stated earlier this month that boy band SEVENTEEN will release a full album in May, with a full group English song as a B-Side track. SEVENTEEN then released further details about their reunion on March 27!
SEVENTEEN stated that a pre-release single from their fourth studio album will be released in April during the boy group's sixth fan meeting, 'SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND,' and also invited fans to look forward to their fourth studio album coming in May.
SEVENTEEN issued their first teaser for the comeback a few hours later, on March 28 at midnight KST (March 27, 8:30 pm IST), in the form of a new official logo motion video, marking a new era for the group. Below is a link to the official logo motion video:
Meanwhile, the group's first in-person fan meeting in three years, 'SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND,' took place from March 25 to 27. SEVENTEEN's followers all over the world were able to watch the final day live online. SEVENTEEN included various entertaining moments, such as dancing to songs like Chung Ha's 'Roller Coaster,' BLACKPINK's Lisa's 'LALISA,' and SOMI's 'Dumb Dumb,' among others, in addition to powerful performances and honest words exchanged with their fans.
SEVENTEEN's next May album will be the group's first Korean-language release since October 2021's 'Attacca.' 'Attacca,' the group's ninth EP, is SEVENTEEN's first double-million-selling album. SEVENTEEN is also preparing to release 'SEVENTEEN POWER OF LOVE: THE MOVIE' in theaters throughout the world on April 20 and April 23.
