Hospital Playlist actress Shin Hyunbeen is confirmed to appear alongside Song Joong-ki in the new JTBC drama Chaebol Family's Youngest Son.

Chaebol Family's Youngest Son is based on a hit webtoon of the same name, which is about a chaebol family's secretary who gets reborn as the family's youngest son. Song Joong-ki is already confirmed to play the protagonist Yoon Hyunwoo, who gets reborn as the chaebol family's youngest son Jin Do-joon.

Shin Hyunbeen will be assuming the role of the prosecutor Seo Minyoung from the anti-corruption department. She gets involved with Jin Do-joon in her attempts to track the family's illegal practices of hereditary succession. Soon, they will develop a love line which will change to hatred and back as the drama goes on.

Meanwhile, actor Lee Sungmin has been confirmed to take another supporting role as Jin Yangchul, the head of the Sunyang Group. Tiffany is also positively reviewing a casting offer for the drama.

The upcoming JTBC drama will be penned by Kim Tae-hee, famous for her works on Sungkyungkwan Scandal and A Beautiful Mind. It will be directed by Jung Daeyoon of She Was Pretty and W. It is scheduled to air next year.
