It looks like IZ*ONE might get back together.

After the Produce 48 group disbanded in April 2021, some fans launched the Parallel Universe project in a bid to relaunch it. So far, the project has raised 3.18 billion KRW (2.80 million USD).

On June 25, Star News revealed that CJ ENM has been in talks with the girls’ agencies since May. There are plans for IZ*ONE to do concerts in Japan and Korea, followed by two digital singles.

But even if this reunion pushes through, it will only be temporary. All the girls’ agencies are currently planning for their future, and they’re set on following through with those plans eventually.

CJ ENM has reportedly made a formal offer to all the agencies involved, but no deals have been signed yet. Stay tuned for further updates.
