Choi Siwon and Lee Sun Bin of Super Junior recently spoke about their blockbuster drama "Work Later, Drink Now" in an interview and photoshoot for 1st Look magazine.
According to the famous webtoon "Work Later, Drink Now," "Work Later, Drink Now" follows the narrative of three ladies whose life philosophy revolves around drinking as soon as they get home from work. Ahn So Hee is played by Lee Sun Bin, while Kang Book Goo is played by Choi Siwon, who also happens to be her love interest and variety show producing director (PD). According to reports, the drama is presently in the process of planning for a second season.
When it comes to his role as the eccentric Kang Book Goo, Choi Siwon has acquired notoriety for his dramatic transformation. He says, "I believe in following through on whatever I do with the idea of "If I'm going to do something, let's go all the way and do it for sure." "I wanted to look exactly like the eccentric Kang Book Goo, so I came up with the notion of growing a beard to get that look."
"I was fortunate to have the wonderful pleasure of meeting Kang Book Goo, a guy that isn't simple to grasp; loving him precisely as he was; and then representing him again in my own manner," he said of his distinctive role.
As for Lee Sun Bin, who has won over audiences with her portrayal of the likeable Ahn So Hee, the actress shared, "So Hee may not be unique, but she does her best and works harder than anybody else in life." "I hope that many people will laugh and weep alongside So Hee and her pals as they are watching them," says the director.
