“My Little Old Boy,” “How Do You Play” Tops January Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings

Are your favorite variety shows on the list?

 

This month's brand reputation rankings for variety programs have been released by the Korean Business Research Institute!

The rankings were derived using big data acquired between December 2, 2021, and January 2, 2022, and an examination of consumer engagement, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewing indices of 50 popular variety programs.

The list for January was topped by SBS's "My Little Old Boy," which received the Daesang (Grand Prize) at the 2021 SBS Entertainment Awards. The program received a total brand reputation index of 5,990,596, an increase of 50.48 percent over the previous month.

"How Do You Play?" on MBC " rose to second position in the rankings, with a brand reputation rating of 5,005,453, a slight increase of 2.73 percent since December.

Finally, with a brand reputation score of 4,973,739 for January, TV Chosun's "Tomorrow's National Singer" finished in third.
