JTBC has released a teaser poster for its upcoming drama "Weather Forecast People: Cruel Story of Office Romance" (literal translation).
"Weather Forecast People: Cruel Story of Office Romance" is a new romance drama that follows the work and love lives of people who work for Korea Meteorological Administration, the country's national weather forecast service.
Jin Ha Kyung and Lee Si Woo will be played by Park Min Young and Song Kang, two polar opposites who appear to have nothing in common. Jin Ha Kyung is a frigid, intellectual, and well-organized woman who follows the rules and is meticulous about keeping her personal and work lives apart. Meanwhile, Lee Si Woo, who has an IQ of 150 but only cares about the weather, is a clumsy free spirit who is constantly thinking outside the box and determined to achieve everything he sets his heart on.
Jin Ha Kyung and Lee Si Woo stare at each other in the newly released poster for the upcoming drama as they sit far apart at a long table. When cold and warm air collide, rain usually follows—and the tension between the two figures signals that a storm is on the way.
Meanwhile, the caption on the poster states, "I'm in trouble." Because I'm growing fonder of you."
"The teaser poster that was unveiled on January 7 portrays the profound feelings of actors Park Min Young and Song Kang, who can communicate a romantic story just by locking eyes," the creators of "Weather Forecast People: Cruel Story of Office Romance" said.
"Please stay tuned for the pair's romance forecast," they continued, "to find out what unusual weather will arise when Si Woo, who is warm and clear without a single cloud, finds his way into the heart of the chilly Ha Kyung, who never has a strand of hair out of place even when she steps out of the Meteorological Administration."
In February, the film "Weather Forecast People: Cruel Story of Office Romance" will be released. Here are the first teaser trailers for the drama!
