This month's brand reputation rankings for female groups have been released by the Korean Business Research Institute!
The rankings were produced using big data collected from December 9, 2021 to January 8, 2022, and an examination of consumer engagement, media coverage, interaction, and community indices of various girl groups.
BLACKPINK remained at the top of the rankings, with a brand reputation index of 5,619,627, an increase of 8.42 percent since December. "BLACKPINK The Movie," "BLINK," and "Snowdrop" were among the top-ranking phrases in the group's keyword analysis, while "release," "surpass," and "controversy" were among the top-ranking related terms.
IVE came in second with a brand reputation index of 5,442,980, making a splashy debut on the list. The rookie female group was listed in the Korean Business Research Institute's rankings for the first time in January.
With a brand reputation index of 3,497,177, aespa remained in third place, representing a 27.08 percent improvement in their score from last month.
TWICE was fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,067,624, and Red Velvet was fifth with a total index of 2,547,622 for January.
