The cast of the upcoming drama "Adamas" (working title) has been announced!

Ji Sung, Seo Ji Hye, and Lee Soo Kyung will star in the tvN drama "Adamas," which premiered on January 19.

"Adamas" tells the story of twin brothers who discover the truth about a 22-year-old occurrence. They will fight against immense evil in order to clear their biological father of murder charges in the death of their stepfather.

In the drama, the twins are confronted with the stunning revelation that their biological father is the man who murdered their stepfather. However, after learning that their father, who is about to face the death penalty, has been wrongfully charged, they set out to discover the truth and delve into a trove of secrets kept hidden by powerful people.

First and foremost, Ji Sung, the embodiment of a trustworthy actor, will play both twins. The first is Ha Woo Shin, a best-selling mystery novelist, and the second is Song Soo Hyun, a prosecutor from the Central District Prosecutor's office. Ji Sung will portray the story of two brothers who find themselves in a tumultuous situation.

Despite the fact that Ha Woo Shin and Song Soo Hyun have similar appearances, their personalities and responses to situations are vastly different, and they will approach their father's case from opposing sides. Ji Sung's portrayal of their parallels and differences will be fascinating to observe.

Eun Hye Soo, Ha Woo Shin's assistant and the wife of Haesong Group's oldest son, is played by Seo Ji Hye. She grew up like a flower in a greenhouse as the sole daughter of a hospital director. However, after a series of incidents, she rebels against Haesong Group and secretly aids Ha Woo Shin. Seo Ji Hye's portrayal of Eun Hye Soo's clean and toxic sides will be fascinating to watch.

Lee Soo Kyung will take on the role of Kim Seo Hee, a TNN social media reporter who is keeping secrets from the twins. She's a righteous and passionate reporter who cares deeply about social justice, and she has a smile that could enchant anyone. She can't stop herself from writing reports about injustice, which means she's frequently threatened with legal action, but there's a reason for her zeal for justice. Viewers can anticipate her relationship with the twin brothers in particular.

Park Seung Woo, who helmed "Kairos," will direct "Adamas," while Choi Tae Gang will write the script. In the second half of 2022, the drama is set to premiere.
