Hypebeast Korea decided to classify 100 Korean hip-hop musicians according to 16 MBTI types.

Each artist's MBTI was identified directly through the agency or by referring to the contents mentioned by the artists directly through various media. The type often changes every time an individual is tested, and some artists checked and marked the most recent type through each agency. For example, in the case of Nucksal, he stated that he was an INTP in an interview earlier, but when he checked again through VMC, it was confirmed that he is currently an ENFP type.

Among the 100 Korean hip-hop musicians, the type with the most people is INFP. Known as the “passionate mediator, Joan of Arc,” INFPs like to be alone and are often viewed as somewhat introverted, but are known for being creative, romantic, and capable of empathizing with the feelings of others. The next most numerous types were identified as ENTPs, ENFPs, and INTPs.

Surprisingly, there is also a type that did not fit even a single musician in this survey. ISTJ is the 'Integrity and Integrity Logicalist, the Salt Type of the World'. ISTJs are known to strive to complete the tasks that society has given them, preferring things that are regular, and adapting to routine routines. For reference, according to the results of a study conducted in 2004, the ISTJ was the type with the highest average grade in the university scholastic ability test.

During the investigation, I was able to meet an artist who had refused the MBTI test. The boatman at Rigid Gunz has always claimed that he doesn't believe in the MBTI. During a conversation with , he confessed that he had recently taken an MBTI test, but kept quiet about the results and said that he still couldn't believe the MBTI. Artists in a similar case were marked separately as ‘MBTI test rejection’.
