"It's true that Park Min Young has received an offer for the leading part of 'MonWedFriTuesThursSat.' She is positively reviewing the offer," a source from her agency Hook Entertainment said in response to the report.
"MonWedFriTuesThursSat" is a drama about Choi Sang Eun, a "single life helper" who acts as a wife for single people who need companions to accompany them to weddings and school reunions.
Park Min Young has been offered the role of Choi Sang Eun, a woman possessing many great qualities and virtues. She uses her talent unsparingly to help men who don’t want to get married. By having Choi Sang Eun as their “wife,” the men get reappraised by the people around them. Choi Sang Eun works diligently from Monday to Saturday to help single men who want to be acknowledged by society and their families, but she keeps Sunday free to herself. In addition to being fluent in various languages, Choi Sang Eun is also skilled in golf, fencing, and rock climbing. Not to mention, she has Michelin-quality cooking skills.
Park Min Young made her acting debut in MBC's "High Kick Through the Roof," and has since appeared in a number of successful projects, including SBS's "City Hunter," KBS2's "Sungkyunkwan Scandal," and tvN's "What's Wrong With Secretary Kim." She is currently starring alongside Song Kang in JTBC's new drama "Forecasting Love and Weather."
