BTS Successfully Concludes 3-Day Concert in Seoul

This is the group's first every in-person concert in Seoul for after more than 2.5 years!

BTS once again demonstrated their star power by performing three nights of concerts. BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - SEOUL took held in the Jamsil Olympic Stadium in Seoul, South Korea, on March 10, 12, and 13, with in-person attendance by ARMY after more than 2.5 years.

The event was already a major issue among fans and bystanders, who were ecstatic about the group's historic return to their hometown; yet, the statistics only serve to highlight BTS's power. Over the course of the three days of performances, 2.46 million people were counted across several platforms, including offline attendance, live streaming through Weverse, and cinema live viewing.

On March 10 and 13, a total of 45,000 individuals attended the show, with 15,000 attending each day, while the concert was live streamed to a staggering 1.02 million people from 191 countries/regions. As if that wasn't enough, the group also launched a live viewing platform so followers from all over the world could watch the event together. On March 12, the show apparently sold out in numerous locations, occupying 3,711 cinemas in 75 countries and territories. The theatre screenings of the second day of the program drew approximately 1.4 million viewers.

The seven boys and their ever-supportive crowd took it in stride, generating waves with their ARMY Bomb (lightsticks) and going all out with the muted cheering despite the pandemic's continuous spread, which forced them to resort to applauding and shaking top clappers.

A personal roadblock has been removed for the band, who looked to want for the presence of their fans, and a vow has been carved in their minds: they will return, stronger, better, and louder!
