Yoo Yeon Seok could appear in a new JTBC drama!
Yoo Yeon Seok will star as the lead in JTBC's new drama "Understanding of Love," according to Sports Chosun (literal title).
"Yoo Yeon Seok has gotten an offer to star in JTBC's new drama 'Understanding of Love,' and he is analyzing the offer," a spokesperson for Yoo Yeon Seok's agency King Kong by Starship said in reaction to the story.
"Understanding of Love," based on Lee Hyuk Jin's novel of the same name, takes place at Nara Bank's Yeongpo branch, which is celebrating its 99th anniversary. The plot revolves around the characters Ha Sang Soo, Ahn Soo Young, and Park Mi Kyung, and Jung Jong Hyun's scandalous office romance.
Yoo Yeon Seok is in talks to play Ha Sang Soo, the senior leader of Nara Bank's Yeongpo branch's comprehensive consultation team. Ha Sang Soo has been in this position for three years and is a gorgeous, intelligent, and steadfast individual who will not falter in the face of adversity. Despite being an upright figure, Ha Sang Soo is not chilly or overly formal, but rather kind and amusing. Not to mention that he had the physique of a national athlete, not a bank employee. He began his career as the top employee from Nara Bank's training facility, making him both popular and envious of many others.
Yoo Yeon Seok captivated viewers with his affectionate role as Ahn Jung Won in tvN's "Hospital Playlist 2" last year. He is currently starring in the musical "Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder" and is also preparing for the premiere of his upcoming film "Vanishing." Earlier this year, it was reported that Yoo Yeon Seok is in talks to star alongside Park Min Young in tvN's upcoming drama
