Stray Kids' latest mini album, 'ODDINARY,' was released on March 18, and the group has been hitting new highs ever since! Most recently, the mini album became Stray Kids' best-selling album in the first week of release, achieving this feat in only four days! According to a recent Hanteo update, 'ODDINARY' has sold nearly 100,000 copies on its fourth day of sale. With this, the mini album has sold over 676,000 copies in its first week, and there are still three days left to tally overall first-week sales.
Furthermore, with 496,125 copies sold on its first day, 'ODDINARY' has become not just Stray Kids' most successful first-week release, but also their most successful first-day release! Stray Kids' 'NOEASY,' which sold roughly 641,000 copies in its first week, previously held the record for the group.
Even before it was released, 'ODDINARY' had already set a new record for Stray Kids, with 1.3 million stock pre-orders, making them million-sellers for the second time, and the first in their agency to do so.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids' song 'ODDINARY' is reaching new heights on Spotify. Three songs from the album are currently charting in the Top Global Songs chart (March 18-20) on the global music streaming platform - 'MANIAC,' 'VENOM,' and 'Charmer.' Stray Kids became the third Korean artist to enter their full album into Spotify's Global Top 200 chart, making them the third Korean artist to do so. They also received praise from their agency's founder, J.Y. Park.
Stray Kids are to be congratulated!
