'Thirty Nine' Sees Rise in Ratings

This drama has proven its popularity once again!

JTBC's 'Thirty Nine' has witnessed an increase in viewership for its newest episode after a successful start on February 16 with an average nationwide viewership rating of 4.406 percent and a 4.453 percent average viewership rating in the metropolitan area. The tenth episode of the series aired on March 23. According to Nielsen Korea, the most recent episode received a 7.1 percent average nationwide rating.

'Thirty Nine' airs on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 22:30 p.m. KST (7 p.m. IST) and can also be watched on Netflix. 'Thirty Nine,' starring Son Ye Jin as Cha Mi Jo, the director of a Gangnam dermatological clinic, Jeon Mi Do as Jeong Chan Young, an acting teacher, and Kim Ji Hyun as Jang Joo Hee, a department store cosmetics manager, explores the lives, loves, friendships, and romance of these three friends. There are only two episodes left in the miniseries' run.

Meanwhile, tvN's new drama 'Kill Heel' has witnessed a significant increase in viewing, with the sixth episode achieving an average nationwide rating of 3.6 percent. 'Kill Heel,' set in the home-shopping sector, follows well-known actresses Kim Ha Neul, Lee Hye Young, and Kim Sung Ryung as they provide an insight into human nature as it is driven by success and survival.

Finally, iHQ and MBN's 'Sponsor' more than doubled its audience over the previous episode. With its most recent episode, the series received a 1.2 percent nationwide average rating.
