GroovyRoom member and producer, Hwimin, announces departure from H1GHR Music after the expiration of his contract with the label.

On the 30th of March, H1GHR Music has officially announced the end of contract of their artist Hwimin on their social media accounts, saying "Hwimin's exclusive contract, who has been creating sensational beats and trends with H1GHR Music for 5 years, has expired."

The label added, "We, H1GHR Music, will support Hwimin's new journey. We sincerely thank the fans who have given us absolute love."

Hwimin made his debut as a producer in Groovyroom with Gyujeong, and released numerous hit songs. The hip hop producer duo also won the 2017 and 2018 Korean Hip-Hop Awards 'Producer of the Year' Award. In March 2021, GroovyRoom established and introduced their own label, AREA, which houses RnB singer Gemini, and Show Me The Money 9 participant Mirani.
