The original queens of summer are back!

As part of its yearlong project "How to Have a Good 2021," contents lab VIVO announced on August 2 that Hyolyn and Dasom would be the artists of the month for August.

The two singers will be releasing a new collaborative song online on August 10 at 6 p.m. KST, and they will both be contributing 100% of the revenues from the release to those in need who are now experiencing financial struggles as a result of COVID-19, according to a press statement.

However, despite the fact that little information has been disclosed about their upcoming single, VIVO's attractive poster for it suggests that the song will be set in a summery vibe, which will not be too far from their usual offerings as Sistar, with hit songs such as Touch My Body, Alone, Shake It, and Give It To Me known to conquer summer charts back then.

This is their first ever activity together since Sistar disbanded in 2017. Hyolyn currently works as a solo artist under her own agency while Dasom has taken on several acting roles in dramas after the disbandment, and is currently being represented by King Kong by Starship, Sistar's company's acting arm.
