Ma Dong Seok's Poster for Marvel Film Eternals Released

Eternals is the newest Marvel franchise turned into a movie.

The American magazine Entertainment Weekly offered a sneak peek of Ma Dong Seok as Gilgamesh in Marvel Studios' The Eternals on August 18.

In 1976, Jack Kirby launched The Eternals, a comic book miniseries. It tells the story of the Eternals, a superhuman race formed by Celestial genetic experiments on Earth millions of years ago. Ma Dong Seok, a super-strong hero who contends with Thor and Hercules, will play Gilgamesh.

Entertainment Weekly named Ma Dong Seok one of the most well-known actors in the world for his role in the film "Train to Busan." He's been given several Hollywood roles over the years, but Gilgamesh from 'The Eternals' was the one that pulled him in.

In the character poster, Ma Dong Seok transforms into the powerful and charismatic Gilgamesh. He appears in his vibrant clothing with an attentive expression on his face.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Ma Dong Seok claimed that he has always been a big Marvel fan and that he admired Gilgamesh's persona. In addition, as the first Korean superhero in the Marvel cinematic universe, he saw Gilgamesh as having the potential to inspire a younger generation.

He went on to describe his demeanor, claiming to be the most powerful fighter among the Eternals. He protects his family and friends, and he has a strong, dependable mentality that aids his team in winning conflicts. He's a clever individual with a good sense of humour at the same time.

Ma Dong Seok liked Angelina Jolie's role as Thena, noting that they share a close affinity and that he loves to fight with his hands, frequently annihilating adversaries with a single punch. That is ideal for him because he has been a boxer since he was a child, for more than 30 years.

Park Seo-casting joon's in The Marvels with Brie Larson was mentioned in various Korean news outlets earlier this month, however his agency has yet to confirm or deny anything.

The Eternals is planned to premiere in November.
