ADORA to fly solo with the single "MAKE U DANCE"

The multi-hyphenate steps into the spotlight for the first time.

Composer, producer, and singer-songwriter Park Soohyun—who’s better known to the public as ADORA—is set to debut as a soloist this month. After signing with AURA Entertainment, she launched her official SNS pages and opened a YouTube channel.

ADORA’s first single is titled “MAKE U DANCE.” It’s a collaboration with former GFriend vocalist Eunha, who’s getting ready for a new chapter of her own. (Eunha and some other former GFriend members will debut in a new girl group called VIVIZ soon.) This isn’t the first time they worked together, as ADORA helped write GFriend’s 2020 hit “Labyrinth,” which was on their eighth EP.

ADORA began her career as an idol trainee but ended up joining BigHit Entertainment (now HYBE) after she entered their Next Creator search for producers in 2016. As one of the label’s in-house producers, ADORA had a hand in crafting some of their artists’ biggest hits.

She worked on tracks like BTS’s “Epiphany,” “Friends” (which made the soundtrack of the hit Marvel Cinematic Universe movie Eternals), “Magic Shop,” “Not Today,” “Seesaw,” and “Spring Day.” She also contributed to TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s discography via “Our Summer” and “Roller Coaster.”

“MAKE U DANCE” will drop on November 5.
