Woo Dohwan + Park Sungwoong in New Drama

This is going to be his first ever drama after finishing his military assignment.

Woo Do Hwan and Park Sung Woong may co-star in a new drama.

Following his discharge from the military, Woo Do Hwan will feature in the upcoming Netflix original series "Hunting Dogs," according to JoyNews24. According to a source from Woo Do Hwan's agency KeyEast, "Woo Do Hwan is positively assessing the offer to star in 'Hunting Dogs.'"

"Park Sung Woong will be joining 'Hunting Dogs,'" a source from Park Sung Woong's agency C-JeS confirmed the next day.

"Hunting Dogs," based on a webtoon of the same name, is an action noir about three guys who want to get out of debt and get connected as a result of debt. Kim Joo Hwan, director of "Midnight Runners" and "The Divine Fury," will write and direct the drama.

On July 6, 2020, Woo Do Hwan enrolled as an active-duty soldier. On October 31, a KeyEast Entertainment insider stated that the actor is now on vacation from the military and that he would be released without returning to the post on January 5.

Woo Do Hwan has previously dazzled in films such as "Master," "My Country: The New Age," "Tempted," and "The King: Eternal Monarch." Viewers are eager to see if Woo Do Hwan would select "Hunting Dogs" as his next film after previously collaborating with the director on "The Divine Fury."

Park Sung Woong has also delivered outstanding performances in a number of noir films, including "New World" and "For the Emperor." He just completed production for "The Protector," which will mark Jung Woo Sung's directorial debut, and he is presently working on "Gentleman" and "Woongnam."

Seed Films and Studio N will co-produce "Hunting Dogs," an eight-part series.
