J-Hope of BTS came in fourth place. In Seongsu-dong, the BTS member lives in apartment T. J-Hope spent 1.3 billion won on a 25-pyeong-type flat in 2016 and upgraded to a larger room. The two properties are estimated to be worth around 8 billion won each.
This apartment is home to celebrities Park Joon-geum, Son Heung-min, and Seo Kang-jun. This apartment's market value is estimated to be in the range of 10-10 billion won.
Other celebs on the list include Bigbang's G-dragon, who is ranked 5th, and Taeyang and his wife Min Hyo-rin, who are ranked 3rd and have a home in Hannam-dong, which also houses Big Hit Founder Bang Si-Hyuk and fantastic artist Psy. Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young, a Korean A-list couple, are in second place.
