Meet The Youngest Trot Singer in Korea

Netizens find it hard to believe how this little boy grew so much in just over a year.

Singer Jeong Dong-won poses at a showcase to commemorate the release of his first full-length album Nostalgia, the Giving Tree held at Nodeul Island Live House in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 17th.

'Nostalgia, the Giving Tree' is a lyrical story about meeting, parting, and old memories, a perfect one for the cold months ahead.

The double title song 'Goodbye My Love' is a song that brings comfort and beautiful memories to all those who have lost their loved ones.

A total of 12 songs were recorded, including 'Don't Forget Me' and 'My Town'. The song will be released at 6 pm on the same day.

Jeong Dong Won is a contestant on Korea's popular audition show, 'Mister Trot.' The show made history by achieving the best ever viewing engagement for a cable channel. In the last edition of the survival show, the singer came in fifth place.

He is currently a cast member of the South Korean reality show 'Romantic Call Center,' which is a sequel to Mr.Trot. The show was only planned for three episodes at first, but due to great audience numbers, it was redone as a regular.

As if they were at a genuine karaoke, the members perform randomly picked fan requests and earn numerical grades. Lim Young Woong, Young Tak, Lee Chan Won, Jung Dong Won, Jang Min Ho, and Kim Hee Jae are the TOP7 members presently on the show. Due to his necessary military duty, Kim Ho Joong had to leave the show early on.
