Lee Je-hoon Compliments Jung Hae-in After Filming New Short Film With Him as Director

This is Lee Je-hoon's directorial debut.

New images of Jung Hae In from his next film "Blue Happiness" have been revealed!

This video is part of the "Unframed" project, which is a series of short films directed by actors Park Jung Min, Choi Hee Seo, Son Seok Gu, and Lee Je Hoon that will be released in the coming months. The short film "Blue Happiness," directed by Jung Hae In's close friend Lee Je Hoon, portrays the actual concerns of young adults in their 20s and 30s as a result of the increase in investing tactics such as stock trading. Jung Hae In appears in the film alongside Lee Dong Hwi, Kim Da Ye, Tang Jun Sang, and Pyo Ye Jin, among other actors.

During the new stills, Jung Hae In can be seen standing by the refrigerator, his phone in hand, peering carefully at it. In the second photograph, Jung Hae In is seen posing for a shot with Lee Dong Hwi in a restaurant.

As the director, Lee Je Hoon stated, "This is a project on which I received a great deal of assistance from performers with whom I have established ties." That's why I thought it would be important for these actors to stand out, and that's what I kept as my top priority."

The director also said that he had Jung Hae In in mind for the role even when drafting the script, stating, "Jung Hae In is more than 200 percent the Chan Young [Jung Hae In's character's name] I imagined." It took me by surprise every time I observed [his scenes]. "I believe it would have been difficult for this project to have turned out the way it did without Jung Hae In."

He revealed that as soon as he received the script, he felt an immediate connection and connection with it, to the point where he wrote Lee Je Hoon a lengthy text message. In the words of Jung Hae In, "Director Lee Je Hoon pushed the performers to act comfortably by encouraging their vitality." Additionally, the actor demonstrated his unwavering support for Lee Je Hoon by agreeing to perform in the film with "no guarantee," which means that he did not expect to be compensated for his work.

"Blue Happiness" is a production that reveals new aspects to several of South Korea's finest young performers while also highlighting Lee Je Hoon's evolution into a filmmaker, among other things. On December 8, all of the short films that are a part of the "Unframed" project will be distributed exclusively through the OTT platform Watcha.
