Billboard's 2021 Year-End Charts

BTS, BLACKPINK, Twice, NCT, and TXT have all been included in the list

It is that time of the year again. Billboard has finally released their year-end charts for 2021 which includes the Hot 100 Songs, Billboard 200 Albums, and Top Artists.

To no one's surprise, BTS enetered the Hot 100 Songs chart for 2021 with their tracks, "Butter" and "Dynamite". For 2020 alone, BTS set the record for the highest peak on a year-end Hot 100 Songs chart by a Korean Act, with "Dynamite" placing at No. 38. However, come 2021, BTS beat their own record and set another personal best with their song "Butter" placing at No. 11. "Dynamite" is No. 41 for this year.

As for the Billboard 200 Albums chat for 2021, BLACPINK, TXT, and BTS all entered the list. It is worth noting that this is TXT's first appearance on the main albums chart for the end of the year.

The rankings are as follows:

40. BTS' "BE"

113. BTS' "Map of the Soul: 7"

197. TXT's "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE"

200. BLACKPINK's "The Album"

 

On the "Top Artists - Duo/Group" chart for 2021, BTS was ranked No. 1. In the general "Top Artists" chart, they are ranked at No. 12, No. 8 on the Hot 100 Artists chart, and No. 1 on the "Hot 100 Artists - Duo/Group" chart. For 2021's "Billboard 200 Artists - Duo/Group" chart, BTS reigns supreme at No. 1 and No. 29 on the "Billboard 200 Artists." As for the "Global 200 Artists chart, BTS is ranked at No. 4 while BLACKPINK's Lisa is at No. 84

On the "Independent Albums" chart, BTS' "BE" and "Map of the Soul: 7" are ranked at No. 5 and No. 11 respectively. TXT's "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" makes history for the group as their first ever entry in the Billboard year-end charts, with the album being placed at No. 16 on the "Tastemakers Albums" charts. BTS' "Be" was also included in the same chart and was ranked at No. 25. Meanwhile, on the "Streaming Songs" chart, BTS' latest remix of "Butter" with Megan Thee Stallion placed at No. 65. Lastly, BTS is the undisputed No. 1 on the "Digital Song Sales Artists" chart.
