tvN reveals the first stills of Kim Bum for the new drama series, “Ghost Doctor”"Ghost Doctor," directed by Boo Sung Chul (the same director of the drama "Heirs"), is a fantasy-medical drama about two doctors who are worlds apart in terms of their histories, skills, and personalities, but will end up merging bodies and spirits. The show will highlight the tragic stories of ghost doctors who are unable to leave their hospitals or patients even after their deaths.

Kim Bum will be playing the role of Go Seung Tak, a highly intelligent resident who is born with a privileged background. Born to a wealthy family with a brilliant mind, Go Seung Tak grew up with every advantage. During the internship interview when he was asked why he became a doctor, he simply answered, “Because my grandfather and my mother told me to.” He has no manners or tact, but when he finds himself entangled with genius thoracic surgeon Cha Young Min (played by Rain) due to an unexpected incident, an entertaining series of events will unfold.

The new stills capture two different sides of Go Seung Tak. In one photo, he looks dashing in neat and tidy clothing, and he exudes confidence as he wears a meaningful smile on his face. The second photo shows a completely different side of him. His bravado has faded, and he appears perplexed for some reason. He's dressed in a doctor's gown and appears agitated by the turn of events, which heightens interest in what happened to him.

Kim Bum was recognized by the production team for having a good synchronization rate with Go Seung Tak. "Viewers will be able to sense the different attractions of actor Kim Bum through the character Go Seung Tak," they added. Please watch 'Ghost Doctor' to see Kim Bum's relatable story that viewers won't be able to stop listening to."

The "Ghost Doctor” will premiere on January 3, 2022 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
