Lee Mi Joo is in "heaven". The former Lovelyz member shared to her fans during her Instagram live that her new label was heaven. She reiterated the same sentiment when she was interviewed by KBS' Entertainment Weekly on December 3. The show held a special mini award ceremony for the "Stars Who Brightened The Year 2021". In the variety category, Lee Mi Joo was selected as the winner. She said, "All I ever did was show my completely natural self and state to viewer but you still gave me the award for trending variety star. I appreciate you for letting me know that 'I am doing and living okay'".

With regards to her close friendship with the 'Nation's MC' Yoo Jae Suk, Mi Joo remarked that Yoo Jae Suk is "like a mom" to her. Meanwhile, her new boss, Yoo Hee Yeol, is "like a dad" to her. She happily added, "I'm confident that I will be able to showcase my numerous sides to the viewers, not only in different entertainment shows but also in music. After joining my new label Antena, I feel as if I am in heaven. There are no words enough that could perfectly describe how great of a company it is."

Lee Mi Joo, a member of the recently-disbanded idol group Lovelyz, signed an exclusive contract with Yoo Hee Yeol's label Antenna last November 16. She joins Yoo Jae Suk, Peppertones, Jung Jae Hyung, Sam Kim, and other stars in the label.
