BLACKPINK's Rosé Launches Her Own Sleep Story On Calm

Other celebrities who currently have their Sleep Stories on Calm are Harry Styles, Laura Dern, and Regé-Jean Page.

Calm, the widely popular meditation and sleep app, is teaming up with K-Pop superstar Rosé from the group BLACKPINK for her own Sleep Story. Other celebrities such as Regé-Jean Page, Laura Dern, and Harry Styles each have their own Sleep Stories on Calm.

Listeners can now let BLACPINK's Rosé talk them to sleep at the comfor of their own beds.

On Tuesday, December 7, at 1:00 PM EST, Rosé launched her very own bedtime Sleep Story, which is aptly named as Grounded with ROSÉ (an obvious reference to her first solo song "On The Ground"), exclusively on the Calm app.

The K-Pop superstar shared the reason why she decided to go on board with this new team up, "Taking time to connect with myself at the end of every day is so important for my mental health. I am so excited to share a Sleep Story on Calm to help others find their own moments of rest and reflection."

Rosé shared on her Instagram account the official poster for her Sleep Story, captioning it with, "I started using Calm almost two years ago and it’s helped me get a comfortable, good nights sleep every single time. I literally dreamed of recording my own version someday, so thank you Calm for having me join in this fun project. I certainly won’t be able to fall asleep to my own sleep story just yet (still getting used to hearing my own talking voice lol) but I cannot wait for you guys to hear it.”

Rosé's Sleep Story clocks in at thirty (30) minutes, starting with the singer opening up about her own arrangements and dilemmas when it comes to her sleep and relaxation. She shared that it is very usual for her to find it hard to relax after a long day, and Calm, along with her puppy Hank, are the only ones who help her feel relaxed and grounded.

The musician's poetic narrations help the listeners to enable short breathing exercises. She also guides them in meditations that encourage the listeners to be mentally present and at peace in their own beds, being more self-aware with their own existence, and less so of their stressors and surroundings.
