K-Pop Groups Sweep Billboard's World Albums Charts

BTS, TWICE, BLACKPINK, NCT 127, aespa, ITZY, TXT, and ENHYPHEN are at the top spots on Billboard's World Albums Chart

For the week of December 11, Billboard has already published its World Albums Chart!

The latest studio album from TWICE, Formula of Love: O+T=3", is at No. 1 for the third consecutive week. It is the group's longest-running No. 1 album yet on the World Albums chart. TWICE's Formula of Love: O+T=3 is also charting in the top 30 of the Billboard 200, making it TWICE's first album to spend weeks in the said chart.

NCT 127's third studio album, Sticker, is staying strong at No. 3 in its 11th week on the World Albums chart. It also became the first K-pop album of 2021 to spend 11 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200.

aespa's first mini album, Savage, however, re-entered the World Albums chart at no. 2 two months after its initial release. It is the album's third non-consecutive week on the chart. The girl group also re-enterd other Billboard charts this week. They became the fourth K-pop girl group in history to ever chart an album for more than one week in the Billboard 200.

BLACKPINK's THE ALBUM came in at No. 13 in its 61st week on the chart. ITZY's CRAZY IN LOVE rose to No. 9 in its 10th week on the chart, while TXT's The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE climbed up to No. 7 in its 27th consecutive week on the chart, extending the group's record as the longest-charting K-Pop album of 2021. ENHYPHEN's DIMENSION : DILEMMA" is at No. 10 in its 7th week.

Lastly, BTS' held an incredible total of four albums in the top 15 of the World Albums chart for this week. Love Yourself: Tear is at No. 15, BTS, The Best at No. 11, BE at No. 6, and Map of the Soul: 7 sitting pretty at No. 7 in its 27th consecutive week on the World Albums chart.
