5 K-Dramas That Will Be Aired on Disney+

This is definitely a very exciting lineup!

Disney+ is the newest streaming service available in South Korea, and it has been available in the United States for some time. South Korean viewers are happy that they will be able to stream their favorite Marvel or Star Wars films, but what's even more thrilling is that Disney+ will have its own K-drama lineup!

This line-up includes a total of five dramas, all of which will be labeled as a Disney+ exclusive. Let's have a look at some of these dramas!

 

1. Snowdrop (Jung Haein and BLACKPINK Jisoo)

"Snowdrop" will depict a scenario set during the 1987 Democracy Movement, in which a man with bloodstains seeks refuge in a women's university dormitory, where a female student treats him despite the dangers. Except... She learns that he isn't who he claims to be.

 

2. Moving (Jo Insung, Han Hyojoo, and Cha Taehyun)

This drama is based on the webtoon "Kang Full," and it tells the narrative of three teens who realize they have strange superpowers and devise a plan to keep them hidden from the public. The drama will premiere in 2022.

 

3. Grid (Seo Kang Joon and Kim Ah Joong)

This drama tells the story of a mysterious being that miraculously disappeared after helping to save the human species. They're returning after 24 years, but why?

 

4. Rookie (Kang Daniel and Chae Soobin)

"Rookie" is a drama about two police academy students at the Korean National Police University and their journey there. It's Kang Daniel's first acting role, and he's getting a lot of attention for it! Yes, the drama deals with dreams, hardships, and, of course, love.

 

5. Sixth Sense Kiss (Yoon Kye Sang and Seo Ji Hye)

This drama is also based on a webtoon and tells the story of a woman with a unique skill. when she kisses strangers! This in itself is a reason to watch, as the plot is pretty intriguing. Who can argue with the fact that the major female lead is none other than Seo Ji Hye, who starred in "Crash Landing on You"?
