H1GHR Music artist and South Korean rapper, Sik-K was discharged from the military on the 28th and returned to the side of his fans, as announced by his label.
On the 29th of June last year, Sik-K joined in the 1st Division Recruit Training Battalion in Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and received basic military training for 5 weeks before working as a full-time reserve.
"I will return in good health," Sik-K declared through his agency at the time of enlistment, "and I hope the fans wait for me till we meet again in a cheerful and healthy state next year."
The H1GHR Music rapper is not required to return to his unit after the year-end holiday because of the ongoing pandemic.
Meanwhile, Sik-K took to Twitter his gratitude to the fans who have waited for him and cheered for him all throughout his military service. In addition to this, H1GHR MUSIC also announced Sik-K’s intention to pursue music following after his military service.
Sik-K will be headlining the "Cult of Ya Fest 2022" alongside labelmates Groovyroom and DJ SMMT, which will happen on January 14, 15 and 17, in London, Paris and Amsterdam. This will be his first tour after his discharge.
