Kim Seonho to Push Through With His Film Debut

He will have his first ever film after producers commented that he stay.

Kim Seon Ho's role in the film "Sad Tropics"  will stay unaltered, according to the studio.

"After considerable thought, the makers of 'Sad Tropics' have chosen to film the film this year with actor Kim Seon Ho," according to the production firm NEW.

This reveals that "Sad Tropics" will be the film in which Kim Seon Ho will make his feature film debut.

When Kim Seon Ho's ex-girlfriend posted an anonymous message on social media last month, claiming that her nameless actor ex-boyfriend had tricked her into seeking an abortion under false pretenses, the actor became embroiled in a firestorm of controversy. Kim Seon Ho has confirmed that he is the actor who was referenced in the article and has issued a formal apologies to the public.

Kim Seon Ho was withdrawn from two projects in which he had been confirmed to star as a result of the controversy: director Kim Deok Min's omnibus film "Dog Days" (literal title) and Lee Sang Geun's romantic comedy film "2 O'Clock Date" (literal title). When asked about their plans in light of the scenario, the producers of "Sad Tropics" replied that they were currently exploring their options.

The Dispatch has since published two pieces taking a deeper look at the events that occurred between Kim Seon Ho and his ex-girlfriend in the real world.

'Sad Tropics' is a novel that tells the narrative of a man who was raised by his Korean father and his Filipino mother. He aspires to be a boxer and travels to Korea in order to track down his father, who has abandoned him. Production director (PD) Park Hoon Jung will direct the picture, which will be helmed by the director of "New World," "V.I.P," and "The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion," among other successful films. Go Ara is being courted to appear in the film as well.

As reported by Star News, while the film was originally intended to begin filming in mid-November, the production team now intends to begin filming in December instead.
