Squid Game Concept Draws Attention to Tawainese Dance Group

The dance cover has over 5 million views on YouTube and counting.

The year 2021 has seen a slew of world-record-breaking performances by South Korean entertainers.

A South Korean dystopian series on income disparity is currently the most popular piece of entertainment on the planet.
We are referring to Hwang Dong-hyuk's survival  "drama "Squid Game," which was initially conceptualized in 2008 and was released on Netflix a decade later. Squid Game, which premiered on Netflix on September 17, is currently the most popular series in the platform's history, ranking No. 1 in 94 countries and, as of this week, the most successful launch of any program on Netflix with over 111 million views.

Meanwhile, Lisa's debut solo single, LALISA, from the South Korean girl band BLACKPINK is smashing records. LALISA's song video reached 300 million views on YouTube on October 27. The song has become the fastest MV by a female K-pop solo artist to surpass the number in less than 47 days since its debut.

Can you envision combining these two phenomenal acts into a single picture?
This is most likely what Taiwanese dance group Enerteen had in mind when they performed a dance rendition of 'Lalisa' while dressed in green tracksuits to match the squid game's clothes.

Don't you think it's brilliant? Take a look at the video to see for yourself.
