Ong Seong Wu could be in an exciting new drama!

On November 30, Ong Seong Wu's agency Fantagio clarified that while he had been offered a role in the new OCN drama "Blind" (literal translation), he was only in talks and had not yet accepted the offer.

"'Blind' is one of the projects for which Ong Seong Wu has received a casting offer," a Fantagio representative said. Nothing has been decided as of yet."

"Blind" is a new mystery thriller about ordinary people who become victims of crime—and ordinary people who, by turning a blind eye to injustice, inadvertently become perpetrators. The drama will revolve around the lives of a detective, a judge, a law student, and nine jurors.

Ong Seong Wu has been cast as Ryu Sung Joon, a passionate and free-spirited detective born into a wealthy and loving family. Ryu Sung Joon grew up dreaming of fighting evil and saving the world as a fan of superhero movies, and he is both fiercely determined when catching perpetrators and heartwarmingly compassionate when meeting victims.

The film "Blind" is set to premiere in 2022.
