BTS successfully wraps up a four-day concert in L.A and reveals the next stop for their tour!
The four-day BTS concert, “Permission to Dance on Stage” in Los Angeles finally ended with a bang on December 2 at the SoFi Stadium. The concert kicked off on November 27th and 28th and continued on December 1st and 2nd. It is the first-ever in-person concert by the group since the pandemic started after their “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself [The Final]” concert in Seoul in 2019.
Permission to Dance on Stage in L.A did not only bring BTS back on stage and in front of the fans but also surprised the crow with performances from popular celebrities. Megan Thee Stallion sang the "Butter" remix on stage with the trio, Halsey collaborated on "Boy With Luv," and Coldplay's Chris Martin, who joined the group for a performance of "My Universe," were among the unexpected guests at the four-day extravaganza.
The event was simultaneously streamed through LIVE PLAY from the neighboring YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, and the last day, December 2, was available to ARMY across the world via internet streaming. According to reports, a total of 813,000 people attended the concerts in person, via simultaneous streaming, and live stream. BTS had already been confirmed as the first artists to sell out four gigs at the SoFi Stadium.
Meanwhile, Big Hit Music announced that BTS would host a concert in Seoul in March 2022 at the end of the December 2 show, tweeting "See you in Seoul, March 2022" with the hashtag "Permission to Dance On Stage Seoul."
