These are great if you have a stubborn pimple that keeps coming back. I'll use a pimple patch first to clear out the stuff inside the pimple and then use these to treat/calm down the area so the pimple doesn't come back.

They are great for preventing picking and they stay put, even throughout the night. In terms of results, however, I would say they're pretty average. They do not seem to reduce inflammation as much as its alternatives. Pretty good for the price, though!
