I really really wanted to love this liner. I have tried a few liners from Clio but I can't seem to like them. There were so many people loving this one I decided to try it. One last go for liners from this brand. I am not going to repurchase. The point on the liner is never something I could work with, it's more round, which wouldn't be a problem if the formulation would let you smudge the product, it doesn't. It also only lasted about an hour on me. I have hooded eyes but I used a primer and it still didn't stay. As for waterproof, there wasn't anything to wash off so I can't say if it is waterproof or not. Sorry Clio, I really wanted to love you.

Very smooth and easy to use. Its perfect for softer eyeliner looks when you want to go for a more natural look. Also, it lasts so long. Ive been using 04 grey brown for about 1.5 years and its still going T-T and I wear it about 5/7 days of the week. I got the 01 black brown for my sister and she also enjoys using it. Only thing is that if you have oily lids, at the end of the day it might be gone/transfer at the ends of the liner.
