It works like many others. The tube of spot serum is very small (perfume sample in photo for scale) and doesnt come out unless you fully turn it upside down. Then it squirts a huge amount out and youre out of it after a few uses. Also, it feels like its only half filled. The patches works fine like other patches. Wish there were more serum.
