Bought this to fight my acne on the back, but I think you can use it twice a week for a whole body for exfoliating purposes. Smells like sth with acids. __ You might wanna use it before you go to bed, not before you go out __ , depends on how much you care about your perfume. I think this smell will fight your normal perfume.

i finally have smooth skin on my arms! At first i was sceptical, bought this instead of the viral BRMud. But after using this SOME product for almost a month (2 times a week) i find that my skin is softer, smoother and the keratosis pilaris i had is pretty much totally gone __ In my opinion my skin absorbs lotion better after using this and keeps hydrated longer. Unfortunaly i dont have a before picture.. but I posted an after use for a month picture :)

I've been using this for a few days and i can already tell there is a huge difference in my textured and acne on my chest.. as a kid, i used to always have "bumpy" looking skin on my chest & back along with pimples, and i never was able to calm them down or get rid of them until i got this product-- it didn't get rid of the pimples completely, but they rarely appear & my skin feels smoother. there is no scent
