How it works

  1. Prepare the shipment

    Enter carton counts and sizes on your PO to get CBM and weight, US units included. Pick a product category for a document checklist, then generate the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.

  2. Book a consolidation run

    Compare runs opened by Korean forwarders by price, sailing date, and pallets left, then request a spot. Accept the terms and upload any files the forwarder asks for on the same screen.

  3. Track the shipment and costs

    Follow your own cargo from pickup through US customs to the warehouse. See an estimated total while it moves and itemized final charges once it is delivered.

  4. Stock in the US and sell

    Only what the warehouse counts at inspection becomes inventory, and received products move on to a KwaveGO B2B listing.

How it works

  1. Apply for Trade Pass

    Sign up and apply as a seller. Approval opens your seller menu and dropshipping. With a resale permit you buy at wholesale; without one, you sell at retail on commission.

  2. Publish to your store

    Pick approved products and publish them to your Shopify or WooCommerce store. Below-cost prices are blocked, and republishing never creates duplicates.

  3. Orders flow in

    Orders from your connected store come into KWAVE automatically, so there is nothing to retype.

  4. The US warehouse ships

    The KWAVE US warehouse packs and ships each order, and the tracking number is written back to your Shopify store.

  1. Open a run (Korea)

    Open a consolidation run with your terms and schedule, approve bookings, manage space, and assign a US partner forwarder.

  2. Consolidate and clear export (Korea)

    Record receiving, inspection, measurements, loading, container, and B/L, and prepare export clearance.

  3. Hand off documents (Korea to US)

    Pass booking confirmation, loading data, pre-alert, and updates to the US forwarder in four steps, with a warning if loading data runs late.

  4. Clear US customs and deliver (US)

    Log container arrival and each shipper's customs release, enter US-side charges line by line, and deliver to the final destination.

    An expected receipt (ASN) is created as soon as cargo is released from customs. Record lots and expiry dates, and log damage or shortages as exceptions with photos.

  2. Put away by location

    Print barcode labels and see which shelf holds what with a single scan.

    Use expiry alerts, first-expired-first-out (FEFO) picking suggestions, and blind cycle counts.

  4. Pick, pack, and ship

    Pick and pack each order, confirm the shipment, and the tracking number goes back to the seller's store.
