How it works

1. 01

   Sign up and Trade Pass

   Choose brand at sign-up and apply for Trade Pass. Once you are approved and on a KWAVE plan, the export, warehouse, and 3PL menus open.

2. 02

   Prepare the shipment

   Enter carton counts and sizes on your PO to get CBM and weight, US units included. Pick a product category for a document checklist, then draft the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin, with unknown values left blank.

3. 03

   Request a spot on a run

   Compare consolidation runs opened by Korean forwarders by rate, sailing date, and pallets left, then request a spot directly. Accept the terms and upload what the forwarder asks for on the same screen; your spot is confirmed when the forwarder approves.

4. 04

   Track the shipment and costs

   Follow your own cargo from pickup through US customs to the warehouse. See an estimated total in transit and itemized final charges after delivery, and pay the Korean and US forwarders' invoices for their legs by bank transfer, directly to each forwarder.

5. 05

   Stock in the US and sell

   Only what the warehouse counts at inspection becomes inventory, and products you consign for sale go on KwaveGO B2B after review. Storage-only stock waits in the warehouse for another destination.

How it works

   Choose Korean seller at sign-up and apply for Trade Pass with your Korean supplier documents (business registration and so on). Once you are approved and on a KWAVE plan, the KwaveGO B2B catalog and the export, warehouse, and 3PL menus open.

Sales run through the same three routes as a brand's: US retailers and US wholesale buying on KwaveGO B2B, KWAVE's own B2C site, and general sellers and influencers selling through Kwave B2C dropshipping.

How it works

   Apply as a general seller

   Choose general seller at sign-up and apply for Trade Pass. Once you are approved and on a KWAVE plan, the dropshipping menu opens.

2. 02

   How you settle

   With a verified resale permit, you are invoiced at wholesale and set your own selling price to keep the margin. Without one, you sell on commission at retail: at shipment, retail minus your commission, plus shipping, comes out of a prepaid balance.

3. 03

   Publish to your store

   Pick products and publish them to your Shopify or WooCommerce store. Below-cost prices are blocked, and republishing never creates duplicates.

4. 04

   Orders and shipping

   Orders from your connected store come into KWAVE every day, and the KWAVE US warehouse packs and ships them. Shopify orders get their delivery address and tracking number automatically; WooCommerce orders have their delivery address confirmed separately before they ship.

   Download the products and quantities you picked as an order file (CSV), then order and pay on kwavego.com. The quantity you can order is confirmed when you order.

   Ships within the US, logged on your board

   Your order ships within the US, so there are no import steps on your side. Orders placed with a company member's verified KWAVE login email show on the board's Purchase orders tab.

How it works

2. 02

   Top up your balance

   Send a transfer to KWAVE, and the operations team records it as your prepaid balance once the payment is confirmed. You can see the balance on the dropshipping home screen.

3. 03

   One catalog, every channel

   Download a Meta catalog feed for Instagram and Facebook, or a CSV file for other channels, and publish the products you pick straight to your Shopify or WooCommerce store.

4. 04

   Shipping and settlement

   Orders from your connected store come into KWAVE every day and ship from the KWAVE US warehouse; at shipment, retail minus your commission, plus shipping, comes out of your balance. If the balance runs short, the shipment waits.

How it works

1. 01

   Korean forwarder · Open a run

   Open a run with its schedule from pickup cutoff to sailing, your terms, the rate, expected US-side charges, and the materials you need from brands, and assign the US forwarder who takes over in the US. A brand's request holds a spot only after you approve it.

2. 02

   Korean forwarder · Pickup and export filing

   Collect the cargo yourself and enter the pickup details, or check the tracking number on cargo the brand ships itself, then record receiving, measurements, loading, containers, and B/L. Your partner customs broker files the export declaration and you record the result; the brand is notified on its connected messaging channel once it clears.

3. 03

   Korean forwarder · Handoff and sailing

   Hand off documents to the US forwarder in four steps, from booking confirmation to updates, with a warning if loading data comes later than 24 hours before loading. Record sailing and US port arrival.

4. 04

   US forwarder · Arrival notice and customs

   Check the documents handed to you, then enter the arrival notice (A/N) and last free day (LFD), and the brand sees the same dates. Record the ISF, AMS, customs entry and clearance, and CBP release handled with your partner broker; for warehouse-bound cargo, CBP release creates the warehouse's expected receipt (ASN) automatically.

5. 05

   US forwarder · Warehouse or direct delivery

   Send cargo to the warehouse, or straight to the buyer's delivery address when the shipper chose direct to buyer. Supported carriers update delivery status from the tracking number; for others, you mark it delivered.

6. 06

   Both forwarders · Billing by leg

   The Korean forwarder bills Korea-side charges and the US forwarder US-side charges, by line item on their own invoices, and the brand pays each forwarder directly. The US forwarder approves destination-change requests with a fee attached, and the change takes effect once the brand accepts that amount.

How it works

1. 01

   Receive and inspect

   An expected receipt (ASN) is created as soon as warehouse-bound cargo is released from customs. Scan quantity, lot, and expiry, and log damage, shortages, or overages as exceptions with photos; the goods' owner decides what happens next.

2. 02

   Put away by location

   Print barcode labels and see which shelf holds what with a single scan.

3. 03

   Manage inventory

   Only what the warehouse counts becomes stock. Use expiry alerts, first-expired-first-out (FEFO) picking suggestions, and blind cycle counts.

4. 04

   Pick, pack, and ship

   Pick and pack each order and confirm the shipment. Tracking numbers are written back to Shopify store orders automatically.
