Every job becomes a task you can follow, and your inbox gathers what needs you. Agents never change stock, orders, or store listings on their own. They show a summary first and act once, after you approve. You can approve from Telegram, Slack, or Discord as well.
A file vault that remembers
Upload your business registration, certificates, and trade records, turn a folder on, and AI condenses each file into short notes you can search by meaning or keyword. Agents add buyer conversations, quotes, and contract terms as they work, so your history stays when people change.

Brands and Korean sellers
Pick brand or Korean seller, and a brand agent team is set up. With Trade Pass approval as a brand or Korean seller, the export logistics menus open, and logistics agents help with purchase orders, receiving, shipments, and stock questions.
US retailers and US wholesale
With Trade Pass approval as a US retailer or US wholesale buyer, the sourcing agent searches the KWAVEGO wholesale catalog, new arrivals, stock, and orders from a plain request, and exports your picks as a Shopify or WooCommerce CSV.
General sellers and influencers
With Trade Pass approval as a general seller or influencer, the dropshipping menu opens, so you can list products from the KWAVE US warehouse in your own store without holding stock.
Korean and US forwarders
Forwarders sign up as a Korean or US forwarder and apply for Trade Pass. Once approved, the forwarder menus open, and the forwarder agent moves carrier notices such as arrival notices, MBL and HBL, and AMS into the right fields on the board, after your team approves.

Will the AI act on its own?
Not on anything that's hard to undo. Actions like changing stock, publishing listings, or sending email show a summary and an Approve button first, and run once, exactly as approved, after a person clicks it. You can approve from Telegram, Slack, or Discord too.

No. Your team requests spots on runs, and forwarders and customs brokers handle customs filings. The agent prepares the drafts, summaries, and checklists that go with them.
Is our company data safe?
Each company's vault is kept separate, so it never mixes with another company's files. AI condenses what you upload into short notes, so your work history stays even when the person in charge changes.
What does AI usage cost?
We don't offer free AI credits right now. During a trial or once your plan starts, you connect your own AI model key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google), and usage is billed to your account with that provider. Keys are stored encrypted.
Can I use it without Trade Pass?
Your workspace and AI agent team are set up when you sign up. Trade features such as the logistics board and catalogs open with Trade Pass approval and a KWAVE plan.
Do I need to speak English?
No. You can work in Korean, and agents draft English emails and product pages. Review and approve them before anything is sent or posted.
