Inbound notice
When US customs release is recorded, an advance ship notice (ASN) is created for the warehouse automatically. Brands can also file one or upload a packing list CSV.
Receiving
Counts are taken along with lot numbers and expiry dates. Damage, shortages, and overages become exceptions automatically.
Putaway
Items are scanned into zone, rack, and shelf locations, so you always know what sits where.
Inventory
See quantities by SKU, lot, and location, with expiry alerts. Only quantities the warehouse has counted become inventory.
Pick and ship
The system suggests picking the lots that expire first. Box count and weight are recorded before the shipment is confirmed.
Billing
Once receiving or shipping is confirmed, charges build up automatically from the warehouse rate card.

Photo evidence, sorted
Attach photos to each receiving line and sort them by purpose. Internal photos stay hidden from the client.
Location barcode labels
Set up zone-rack-shelf locations and print barcode labels. Unregistered barcodes are collected in their own queue for cleanup.
Blind counts
Count with system quantities hidden. Stock that moves mid-count is sent back for a recount, so legitimate shipments are never overwritten.
Multiple warehouses and transfers
Run several warehouses in one system. Transfers are counted in at the receiving warehouse.
