you source, we move

Pick the right products, and they reach the US.

From Korean products sourced in Korea to the US warehouse, sales, and payouts. Korean sellers just focus on sourcing.

KEY CAPABILITIES

Three things that make it easier for Korean sellers

  • AI product listing and English translation

Give the details of the products you source, and an AI agent drafts the English product page. You check it in Korean, then approve it or post it yourself.

  • Export document drafts

Enter carton counts and sizes on your PO to get CBM and weight, US units included, and draft the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin, with unknown values left blank.

  • Sales payouts in one place

Whether a product sells on KwaveGO B2B, B2C, or through dropshipping, every shipped sale adds to the payout ledger in your 3PL menus.

PROCESS

Five steps for Korean sellers

  1. Sign up as a Korean seller

Apply for Trade Pass with your Korean supplier documents.

  2. List your products

List what you source and get the English details ready.

  3. Request a shipment spot

Request a spot on a run a Korean forwarder opened. Your spot is confirmed when the forwarder approves.

  4. Into the US warehouse

After inspection, it becomes sellable stock.

  5. Sales and payouts

Sales payouts add up in your payout ledger, and freight and warehouse fees come on their own invoices.

BY ROLE

Eight roles, one system.Same cargo, a different job for every role.

Each role owns a leg, and the next one picks up from the record the last one left. Pick another role to see, right here, what it does on KWAVE, step by step.

03 / KR SELLERKorean sellers

Korean products you source, into a US warehouse.

For Korean sellers of Korean products sourced in Korea. You export the same way a brand does: trade paperwork, requesting a spot on a Korean forwarder's shipment run, US warehouse receiving, and sales all happen on one board.

How it works

  1. Sign up and Trade Pass

Choose Korean seller at sign-up and apply for Trade Pass with your Korean supplier documents (business registration and so on). Once you are approved and on a KWAVE plan, the KwaveGO B2B catalog and the export, warehouse, and 3PL menus open.

  2. Prepare the shipment

Enter carton counts and sizes on your PO to get CBM and weight, US units included. Pick a product category for a document checklist, then draft the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin, with unknown values left blank.

  3. Request a spot on a run

Compare consolidation runs opened by Korean forwarders by rate, sailing date, and pallets left, then request a spot directly. Accept the terms and upload what the forwarder asks for on the same screen; your spot is confirmed when the forwarder approves.

  4. Track the shipment and costs

Follow your own cargo from pickup through US customs to the warehouse. Pay the Korean and US forwarders' invoices for their legs by bank transfer, directly to each forwarder, and KWAVE US warehouse invoices by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice.

  5. Stock in the US and sell

Only what the warehouse counts at inspection becomes inventory, and products you consign for sale go on KwaveGO B2B after review. Sales run through the same three routes as a brand's: US retailers and US wholesale buying on KwaveGO B2B, KWAVE's own B2C site, and general sellers and influencers selling through Kwave B2C dropshipping.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a brand?

A brand sells the products it makes; a Korean seller sells Korean products sourced in Korea. Choose Korean seller at sign-up, and once you are approved and on a plan, the same export, warehouse, and 3PL menus as a brand and the KwaveGO B2B catalog open. The export process is the same too.

Which documents go with my Trade Pass?

Korean supplier documents. The business registration certificate is required; the list also shows the mail-order sales business report if you sell online, the trade business number if you export, and product licenses such as a cosmetics distributor registration or a food business report, depending on what you sell. Upload what you have now and add the rest later.

How does my stock get into the US warehouse?

Once you are approved to use the US warehouse, you are registered as a consignor of the warehouse, so the warehouse ASN is created on customs release. Only what the warehouse counts at inspection becomes inventory, and products you consign for sale go on KwaveGO B2B after review.

How do I check payouts and costs?

Three things move separately. Sales payouts add up in the payout ledger in the 3PL menus, freight comes on the Korean and US forwarders' invoices and is paid to each directly, and warehouse fees come on KWAVE US warehouse invoices, which you pay by bank transfer and then tell us about with Report a payment.

How does my exported stock get sold?

There are three sales routes. US retailers and US wholesale: they order at wholesale on KwaveGO B2B. Consumers: US shoppers buy on KWAVE's own B2C site. General sellers and influencers: they list your products in their own stores and channels through Kwave B2C dropshipping. The KWAVE US warehouse packs and ships every order from your stock, and if you connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store, it ships that store's orders too. Buying stock in the US to resell is the US retailer and US wholesale path.
